Shipping & Delivery
We will ship all goods as soon as stock is available as a combined order where applicable. Items will be sent via recorded delivery.

Returns & Replacements
We offer a 7 day return policy if you are unhappy with your product. The product must be in the original condition with packaging intact. The item is considered accepted when the wrapping has been removed and no refunds will be issued in this scenario.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All payments in relation to the online shop are handled via Paypal for security reasons. We do not store any credit card information. We hold the information as laid out in our privacy policy. You can request a copy of all information we hold on you (customer) however this may incur an administration fee.

Cancellations
To cancel an order you must contact us directly via e-mail or telephone within 24 hours of placing the order providing goods have not been processed. For further information please get in touch.
